1. About these terms
These terms govern the use of analycor.com and all services provided by Analycor Laboratories, a trading name of Analycor Analytical Services Inc. ("Analycor", "we", "us"). By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. What Analycor does
Analycor is an independent analytical laboratory. We analyze compounds submitted for independent verification and publish the results in a public verification registry at analycor.com. Each certificate is identified by a unique certificate ID and is retrievable at a permanent URL.
3. Scope of certification
A certificate attests to the identity, purity, and composition of the specific sample analyzed at the time of testing. A certificate does not attest to the condition of other units from the same batch, storage conditions after testing, or the therapeutic safety or efficacy of any compound. Verification is not approval, endorsement, or recommendation by any regulatory authority.
4. Public record
All certificates issued by Analycor are published as a permanent public record. Once published, a certificate URL will not be deleted. If a certificate is revoked, superseded, or corrected, the original URL will indicate its status rather than be removed. This policy preserves the integrity of the verification registry.
5. Accuracy of submitted information
Analycor relies on information provided at the time of sample submission, including compound identity, lot number, batch number, and the identity of the submitting party. Analycor does not independently verify the provenance of submitted samples. The submitting party is responsible for the accuracy of this information.
6. Use of certificates
Certificates may be referenced by URL or QR code on product packaging, product pages, and marketing materials, provided the reference is accurate and the full certificate URL is accessible. Modification of certificate content, reproduction of partial results out of context, or use of the Analycor name or mark in a manner that implies endorsement beyond the scope of the specific certificate is prohibited.
7. Intellectual property
The Analycor name, mark, stamp, and certificate format are the property of Analycor Analytical Services Inc. The underlying analytical data in each certificate is the property of Analycor. Certificates may be shared and referenced freely for the purposes described in Section 6.
8. Limitation of liability
Analycor provides analytical services and public verification records. Analycor is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or reliance on any certificate, including but not limited to decisions to purchase, use, or distribute any compound. Users of certified products assume all risk associated with such use.
9. Changes to these terms
Analycor may update these terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
